1. Agreement
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern rentals provided by Boston Waste Solutions, LLC (“Porta Rental,” “we,” “us”) and your use of this website. By booking a rental, requesting a quote, or using this site, you agree to these Terms.
2. Rentals & equipment
All equipment remains our property at all times. You agree to use it only for its intended purpose, keep it accessible for delivery, service and pickup, and not move, modify, or sublease it without our written consent.
3. Pricing & payment
Rental rates are quoted by the day, week, or month as shown at the time of booking. Delivery fees are based on distance and shown before checkout, and delivery is free on orders over $500. Payment is processed securely through our booking and payment provider. Additional charges may apply for extra service, damage, relocation, or extended rental periods.
4. Delivery & pickup
You are responsible for providing a safe, legal and accessible location for placement, and for obtaining any permits required by your municipality or property owner. Delivery and pickup windows are estimates and may be affected by weather, access, or other conditions.
5. Care, damage & loss
You are responsible for the equipment from delivery until pickup and agree to pay for loss or for damage beyond normal wear. Please keep units free of hazardous materials and improper waste.
6. Cancellations & changes
To change or cancel an order, please contact us as early as possible. Cancellation and rescheduling terms, including any applicable fees, are described at booking or available on request.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any rental is limited to the amount paid for that rental, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use, placement, or supervision of the equipment.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
